If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item (excluding samples) within 30 calendar days of receipt of the product. Upon receipt and inspection of the product, you will receive a refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping. Is "Free Return" truly "free"? What fees do I need to pay?

How do I clean the cable railing?

Keep it simple. You don't need fancy chemicals.

Do: Use warm water, mild dish soap (like Dawn), and a soft cloth or sponge. Rinse it off with water.
Don't: Never use bleach, chlorides, or steel wool. These are too harsh and will scratch the protective layer, causing the metal to rust.

What if I feel a cable is loose?

Don't panic, just tighten it.It’s not broken. Use your tool to turn the screw until it feels stiff like the others.

How do I maintain it?

We suggest a simple "Health Check" every 6 months. Just follow these 3 steps:

The Cables: Squeeze them. If they feel loose, use the tensioning wrench (included in your kit) to tighten the nuts until they are rigid again.
The Posts: Give them a shake. If a post wobbles, immediately tighten the mounting lag screws at the base to secure it to the floor.
The Handrails:Metal: Just wipe them clean.Wood: If the wood looks dry or grey, apply a fresh coat of oil or sealer to prevent cracking.

Can I just install it and forget it?

Not exactly. Think of it like a car—it needs a quick look once a year. Just check if the cables are tight and the posts are solid. It takes 5 minutes but keeps you safe.
