Official Rules & Terms — Built with BLIKA Contest
1. Contest Organizer
This contest is organized and administered by BLIKA.
2. Entry Period
Entries will be accepted from 12:00 PM (PDT) on August 15, 2026 through 11:59 PM (PDT) on October 30, 2026. Submissions received outside this window will not be considered.
3. Eligibility
Participation is open solely to:
• Legal residents of the United States; and
• Individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
4. Submission Guidelines
• Original Work Only
All submissions must be the entrant's own original creation. AI-generated content, including images, video, and descriptive text is expressly forbidden.
• Product Focus
BLIKA products must be clearly visible and central to the submission.
• One Category Per Entrant
Each entrant may participate in one category only per contest cycle. If an entrant submits multiple entries, only the most recent submission will be considered for judging. Participants are encouraged to review their entries carefully before final submission. The same social media account may not be used for more than one entry. • Photo Submissions
A minimum of 3 high-resolution photos is required. Each image must clearly show BLIKA products from distinct angles.
• Video Submissions
Videos must have a total runtime of no less than 15 seconds. Submissions may be composed of multiple short clips stitched together. The clarity and lighting quality of submissions will be considered during evaluation; entries that are clear, well-produced will be at a competitive advantage.
• Rights and Consents
If any recognizable individual appears in an entry, the entrant must have obtained that person's explicit written consent to be recorded and for the footage to be used as described in Section 6.
5. Participant Representations and Warranties
By entering, each participant represents and warrants that:
• All submitted information is truthful and complete.
• The entrant holds sole and exclusive rights to all content submitted.
• The submission complies in full with all requirements set forth in these Official Rules.
• The entrant will indemnify and hold harmless BLIKA from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from a breach of these warranties.
6. Content Usage Rights
Upon submission, each entrant grants BLIKA a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to reproduce, distribute, display, modify, adapt, and publish the submitted content for any marketing, advertising, or promotional purpose across all media channels, including but not limited to:
• BLIKA’s official website;
• Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest);
• Email marketing campaigns;
• Digital and print advertisements;
• E-commerce platforms and product listings.
BLIKA will make reasonable efforts to credit the creator by name or social media handle where practicable. No additional compensation beyond the contest prizes will be provided for such use.
7. Judging and Awards
1）Evaluation Criteria
Entries will be assessed by BLIKA staff based on the following non-exhaustive criteria:
• Prominence and presentation of BLIKA products;
• Visual quality, composition, and overall aesthetics;
• Originality and creative approach;
• Image clarity and production quality.
2）Winner Announcement
Winners will be announced between October 31, 2026 and November 14, 2026. Any allegations of rule violations, including plagiarism or falsification, must be submitted in writing during this period for review.
3）Tax Responsibility
All federal, state, and local taxes imposed on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. BLIKA assumes no liability for any tax obligations arising from prize acceptance.
8. General Provisions
• BLIKA reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these Official Rules or applicable laws.
• BLIKA reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice if circumstances beyond its control compromise the contest's fairness or integrity.
• By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions made by BLIKA, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this contest.
