I’ve wanted to install a new Cable Rail System for a few years but was so afraid to try because it involved tearing out brick structures on our home’s exterior brick. I finally got the courage & began researching—found the BLIKA website and slowly but surely began to get an “idea” of what I needed. I had to reach out to Jack in Customer Service 4 or 5 times to help me know what to order and how to design it. He was amazing to explain—in detail and where I could comprehend—to this Novice exactly how to do it and the materials I needed. It was easy to upload my pics to the “chat” option on their website. I can honestly say I have never experienced the expertise and attention to detail that Jack provided. By the time I ordered, I had full confidence this project would be a win! We tore down the 2 Brick Walls surrounding the rock garden off the side of the existing Entryway, then had a 4’x7’ concrete patio poured that would outline with the Cable Railing. We replaced the

3 Traditional exterior lights with new Modern lights. We installed a new black roof and still need to replace the Arch of the Traditional Archway and replace it with a straight brick line and cover with a smooth Stucco finish painted Off-White, to give an updated “Modern” look.

The Cable Railing System materials arrived safely and as ordered and Jack even quickly refunded an order that I made in error. I was impressed with the look and quality of fencing material. I will say, in hindsight, that I wish I had chosen the thicker cable than the 1/8”, however my cable rail looks FABULOUS and my heart/mind swells with pride at the difference the final installation provided. My new patio is open, airy, modern & gives a peaceful feeling when outdoors. It looks like we went from 1970’s to the 2020’s in 4.5 hours labor (to install the Cable Rail System only)!!!! I am bursting with Pride and Pleasure!
